Last weekend, Nov. 14-16, 2025, one of the top club events of the year was held in the Tampa, Fla. area as the Clearwater Fall Classic featured top teams and players in the age divisions of 14U, 16U and 18U.
Today is the first of our 3-part series honoring those who had a great weekend of action and are being recognized as a member of the Clearwater Fall Classic All-Tournament Team.
Up first, the 14’s today with the 16’s and 18’s to come next week.

Kate Flanagan, P, Birmingham Thunderbolts – Whitaker
Kate was the key for the Bolts reaching the 14U title game and helping her team win.
Head Coach Russell Whitaker says:
“She missed our previous tournament due to a knee injury so I wasn’t sure what we would be able to get from her, but she was really good.”
“It’s not a surprise considering how hard she works at her game—both pitching and hitting. I’m very proud of the Fall she has had so far.”
A two-way force on offense and defense, the 2030 grad from Vestavia, Ala. closed all three bracket games, against Top Gun, Select and Athletics Gold in the championship win, and threw close to half the innings total for her team including pool games.
She compiled a 1.57 ERA with a .525 WHIP and limited opponents to just a .114 batting average. Additionally, Kate had a 6:1 strikeout-to-walk ratio.
With the bat, she was also key in helping the Bolts offense as she batted .417 with two home runs.

* Lyric Rodriguez, RHP/OF, Top Gun National – Kim
Head Coach Stephanie Kim put it simply and succinctly: “I have one that definitely crushed it,” and that she did. Lyric—who was named the AGL Pitcher and Offensive Player of the Tournament— compiled a .600 batting average and 0.60 ERA thanks to her skills in hitting gaps and missing barrels. Coach Kim had another great line of her 2029 grad saying: “You know it’s a great weekend when your batting average matches your ERA!”

* Ashley Adrien, OF, Rhode Island Thunder – Lotti
Ashley is a leftfielder in the 2029 class who hit .571 with a .625 on-base percentage. She also saved several runs when she made two diving catches with runners on-base in the five games the Thunder played in.
* Sophia Blane, LHP/1B, Athletics Gold – Olson
Sophia got it done on offense and in the circle as she batted .421 with eight hits and four RBIs highlighted by hitting the walk-off in the semi-finals to help her tam advance to the championship game. In the circle, the 2029 grad pitched 17 innings and a .084 ERA in five appearances and came away with three wins, a save and 13 strikeouts.
* Gabby Bright, RHP, Texas Glory Gold – Haygood
Gabby had 16 strikeouts over the weekend and pitched a nine-inning game against Iowa Premier in which she struck out 10 and walked just one. Head Coach Mariah Haygood commented: “Gabby competed the entire game, never wavered and showed a ton of poise in big moments!”
* Raegan Burnham, OF, Rhode Island Thunder – Lotti
Raegan looked strong on both sides of the ball, hitting .375 with a .545 on-base percentage and recording two assists from her centerfield position. She’s a 2030 grad with a bright future.

* Rebecca Cunane, 1B/RHP, Athletics Gold – Olson
Another talented 2029 on Coach Jane Olson’s team, Rebecca batted .429 with a .556 on-base percentage highlighted by six hits, two of them doubles, and drove in five RBIs for the runner-up squad in the 14U division.
* Maddie Davis, C/UT, Georgia Impact – Cleghorn
In a tie game in the bottom of the 5th against Arizona Rising, Maddie hit a two-out double to score two runs to give the Impact a 7-5 lead. Fo the weekend, she had 12 hits to give her a .750 batting average. She also scored nine runs.
* Addison Downing, OF, Team Pennsylvania Hall/Madison
The 2029 grad compiled a .500 batting average at the Clearwater Fall Classic in the 14U age division and also had a .545 on-base percentage with a 1.045 OPS.
* Kylee Gallien, MIF, Texas Glory Gold – Haygood
Kylee batted .538 for the weekend on seven hits with a .600 on-base percentage. She also drove in six runs leading Head Coach Mariah Haygood to comment: “Kylee was clutch all weekend on offense and defense, making big plays in big moments.”
* Hartley Hurt, MIF/RHP/UT, Athletics Gold – Olson
Hartley led the team offensively with a .474 batting average and the standout in the Class of 2029 had nine hits including a home run while driving in four runs.

* Jayelyn Luft, P/CIF, Team Pennsylvania Hall/Madison
Jayelyn, a 2029 grad, was a key offensive contributor for Tina Madison’s 14U club team as she produced a .455 batting average with a .571 on-base percentage and a 1.026 OPS.
* Jocelyn Luft, MIF, Team Pennsylvania Hall/Madison
Twin sister of Jayelyn, who also makes the 14U All-Tournament team, the infielder batted .500 with a .538 on-base percentage along with a 1.205 OPS. She had a pair of doubles and six runs driven in.
* Annabel Mikesell, OF, Beverly Bandits 14U – Perry
Annabel batted .500 on seven hits, and the 2029 outfielder also threw out a runner at second base on a ball hit to the fence. Head Coach Alesha Perry adds: “Annabel brings an energy to the team that is irreplaceable. It showed this past weekend in her leadership as she was the most vocal kid on the field in every aspect. She balled out against some of the best competition in the country.”
* Addison Ozgo, RHP, Athletics Gold – Olson
Addison pitched 20 innings and had 13 K’s in her six appearances. The 2030 grad had three wins and a save plus two complete games including the stellar complete game win in the semi-final game.

* Emma Philp, SS, Rhode Island Thunder – Lotti
Emma, a 2029 grad, batted .333 with a .455 on-base percentage, a 1.343 OPS, a .889 slugging percentage and impressed with her strong defense including 10 assists. Coach Joe Coupal adds: “Emma had some line drive outs to the fence, too. She’s a special player and will garner a lot of attention. Expect to see her next year on Dave Lotti’s 16U National team.”
* Grace Shafer, 3B, Georgia Impact – Cleghorn
Grace put up huge numbers for Jason Cleghorn’s team as she batted .667 with a .778 on-base percentage and had a 1.000 fielding percentage on nine chances. The 2029 grad also lined a single in the bottom of the 6th in a tie game to load the bases for the upcoming walk off the next at bat.
* Molly Shea, OF, Birmingham Thunderbolts – Whitaker
Molly had the big hit in the 14U championship finale that sent the game to ITB. She also led the team in batting average for the weekend in addition to making several key plays from her centerfield position.
