Last month, the Alliance Fastpitch unveiled the list of players for the 2025 Alliance All-Star Game set for July 20th in Kokomo, Indiana, and will take place between the 10U/12U and 16U/18U Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series (AFCS).
The contest celebrates the top senior softball athletes within the Alliance Fastpitch.
These elite players were chosen from the nine Alliance Member Leagues and will compete in the fifth annual Alliance All-Star Game presented by EvoShield
*** NOTE: the game time will be dependent on the national television time slot.
Alliance All-Stars are selected by the National All-Star Committee, chaired by Derek Allister, founder of OnDeck Softball, with representatives from each of the nine Alliance Member Leagues.
The selection journey begins in the fall with a preliminary Watch List and is narrowed to League All-Star Teams. The final roster of Alliance All-Stars is chosen from those teams, with all athletes required to be active members of Alliance Fastpitch.
Here is the list of those who were selected along with where they were honored in the 2025 Line Drive Softball HOT 100 published in October, 2024.

Throughout the season, the National All-Star Committee evaluates a variety of factors to select the final All-Stars. The committee actively consults with college coaches to discuss the players they have signed and recruited.
To ensure accuracy and fairness, the committee also consults travel ball coaches and conducts internal cross-checks.
League voting plays a pivotal role in narrowing the field of candidates.
A balanced roster is then created with attention to primary positions and top performers from the League All-Star lists.
Pitching and catching depth, defensive and offensive skills, and athlete versatility are all considered. Outfielders are assessed for both power and defensive ability, while the infield is crafted to include middle infielders, corners, and utility players.
All selected athletes are signed to begin their collegiate softball careers at NCAA Division I institutions this fall. Every Power 4 conference (formerly Power 5) is represented, with the SEC leading the group with 17 athletes, followed by the Big 12 with nine athletes.
