Yesterday, we announced that Cassie Crabtree of Melissa (Texas) High was the 2025 Line Drive National High School Coach of the Year after leading her talented Cardinals team to a 38-1 record and second straight Texas state championship.

Line Drive’s Brentt Eads had the opportunity to visit Melissa High and interview Coach Crabtree and her daughter, Caigan, a senior All-American who will play in the upcoming PGF All-American game that will be played July 26, 2025 in Irvine, Calif.
