6We continue our extensive look at the 2030 Line Drive HOT 100 player rankings by featuring those talented athletes rated #’s 70-61.

This class will also be updated several more times so know that there will be a lot of change over the next several years!

Each weekday for two weeks we are honoring players via our countdown with 10 spots each day per the following schedule:

60—Loryn Walmer, C/UT, EC Bullets National 2030 – Orebaugh
Loryn is a dangerous hitter who batted .391 last year with an on-base percentage of .415. Head Coach Stephen Orebaugh says of his young catcher from Woodstock, Ga: She is a power hitter with deceptive speed. Defensively, Loryn is a lock down utility on the corners, outfield and at catcher, where she usually plays.” She’s not the only softball player in her family, either: Loryn has played up with her older sister since she began playing softball and, since 8U, the athlete has played for a 2010 team. She’s also stellar in the classroom with a 3.9 GPA.

59—Swayzie Moore, P, Atlanta Vipers 12U – Patterson
Swayzie is a powerful right-handed pitcher with a 58-mph fastball and a deadly off-speed pitch that keeps hitters constantly off balance. Coach Selena Collins-Patterson says: “Her competitive edge drives her to perform at her best in every situation, making her a fierce presence on the mound.” At the plate, Swayzie is a formidable left-handed hitter who swings with power and is constantly finding ways to make an impact whenever called upon. Coach Patterson ads: “With a relentless ‘no-quit’ attitude, she gives 100 percent effort from the moment she steps onto the field, pushing herself and her team to rise to any challenge. Swayzie‘s combination of skill, determination, and work ethic makes her a force to be reckoned with in every aspect of the game.” Last year, the 4.0 GPA-carrying student-athlete recorded 55 strikeouts in 80 innings and had a 2.88 ERA while batting .395.

T-58—Emma Cervantes, P, Chicago Prospects
Emma already has quite the winning resume—in 2021 and 2022 she was part of a Little League team that was Illinois State champs and in ’22 she was tabbed as USSSA All-State honoree. James Keetch, the President & Founder of the Chicago Prospects organization says: “Emma is a highly dynamic and versatile player known for her impressive skills as both a right-handed pitcher and a left-handed batter. On the mound, she has been a dominant force—recording 50 strikeouts in just 24.1 innings—and showcasing her exceptional control and ability to overpower opposing hitters. Her fastball consistently sits in the low 50’s, with a deceptive changeup in the high 30’s that keeps hitters off balance. At the plate, Emma is a key offensive weapon, hitting an impressive .406 with 16 RBIs and adding 12 stolen bases.”

T-58—Macy Thomas, IF/P, Mississippi Glory 12U – Lewis
Macy plays second base as her primary and pitcher as secondary position. The infielder was second on her school team defensively with a .952 fielding percentage and led the team in stolen bases, was 4th in runs scored, she was tied for 2nd in fewest strikeouts. For Head Coach Jim Lewis’s Glory squad last Fall, Macy led the team in stolen bases with 15 in 15 attempts. Defensively at second base, she had 36 chances and recorded 33 put outs with just two errors. From Milan, Tenn., she helped her team two years ago win the USSSA Southeast National Championship and was the MVP at the USSSA Music City game. She was also invited to the USSSA Select 30 later this year. Head Coach Jim Lewis says: “The drive Macy has is unmatched. She does hitting and pitching lessons each week with different coaches and has consistently done so for three years. This kid just simply loves the game of softball, every aspect of it and has a plan to play at the next level when her time comes!” In the classroom, the young athlete has a 3.7 GPA.

57—Giuliana Dudek, P, LLG Uprising
Giuliana is a two-way player who can impact the game on both sides of the ball. She’s a lefty pitcher who spins it well and changes speeds to keep the opposing team off balance. Last year she produced a 2.07 ERA while hitting .407 with a .433 on-base percentage. Giuliana’s exit speeds have been close to 70 mph and LLG President John Corn adds: “Giuliana is an amazing teammate and a strong leader for her team. ‘G’ has next level skills to on the mound as well.” From Holly Springs, N.C., she grew up around sports as her father was a former Director of Football Operations at D1 programs such as Arizona, Pitt and Rutgers. In the classroom, G is also impressive with her 4.0 GPA.

56—Ayliah Santana, IF, Power Surge – Muren
Ayliah is an excellent defender at third base and according to Coach Kevin Campbell: “On the field she shuts down any hits towards her while at the plate she has a great bat with tremendous pop.” Ayliah just entered the travel ball world a year ago, but her potential is off the charts. Last year, the 2030 grad from San Diego batted .429 in 89 plate appearances with 33 hits of which seven were doubles. Additionally, Ayliah only struck out four times.  Equally impressive in the classroom, she has a 3.8 GPA at her Rancho Del Rey middle school.

T-55—Autumn Adkins, IF/P, Starz National 14U – Moore
Autumn was a key player on Head Coach Eric Moore’s team which played a strong schedule last year as a first year 14U team in Alliance, PGF and USA tournaments. In 29 games played, the infielder hit .464 with a .575 GPA and a 1.307 GPA. Autumn also drove in 26 runs leading Coach Moore to say: “We certainly didn’t hide from anyone which makes her stats even more impressive.  I will say that most of the games we played were against the top-named teams and Autumn was always the best player on the field for either team!  She is a super hard worker and is really a special player.  She has a great attitude on and off the field as well.” Autumn has been clocked at 63 mph in her pitching workouts with a nasty dropball. Coach Moore continues: “She works harder than just about any kid I know, taking weekly pitching and hitting lessons.” That work ethic extends to the classroom as well as Autumn maintains a straight A average.

T-55—Addison Ozgo, P, Athletics Gold – Tamborra/Priem
Addison is a dominant pitcher leading her head coach, David Priem, to say: “She has ice in her veins in pressure packed situations. I call her ‘Addie Ice’ and she is also a monster at the plate. Excelling as both a pitcher and hitter, during her 22 game Fall season, Addison pitched 50 innings, recording 67 strikeouts with a 1.55 ERA and a 1.09 WHIP. Her fastball consistently hits 58-to-61 mph, and she commands five pitches with precision. At the plate, she posted a .482 batting average while leading her team in hits and RBIs. Beyond athletics, Addie maintains a 4.0 GPA, plays flute in her school band and is part of the Honor’s Flute Ensemble.  Coach Priem concludes by saying: “Addie’s dedication, versatility, and leadership make her an invaluable asset to her team.”

54—Kaitlyn “KK” Getchell, MIF/C, Athletics Gold – Tamborra/Priem
Another standout on Head Coach David Priem’s Athletics Gold team, Kaitlyn, also known to her inner circle as “KK,” is a great athlete and who, according to her coach, “Has the glove and footwork of a college level player and is a line drive machine with power to all fields at the plate!” Also praised for her work ethic—which sees Kaitlyn working out five or six times per week—she translated that to the field where she had a .947 fielding percentage at both short and catcher and was equally impress with the stick as she batted .500 with a .535 on-base percentage, a .900 slugging percentage and a strong 1.435 OPS. Coach Priem continues: “”KK’s ability to create game-changing plays with her bat, glove, speed and arm make her a true threat all over the field. She is determined to reach the top 1 percent, embodying dedication and excellence in everything she does.”

53—Hadley King, IF, EC Bullets National 2030 – Orebaugh
Hadley is a multi-sport athlete who plays flag football and volleyball in additions to running track and playing softball. Last year, she batted .391 and had 31 steals and 39 runs scored while being equally as impressive on defense where the infielder had a 96 percent fielding percentage. Head Coach Stephen Orebaugh says of his 2030 standout: “Hadley is extremely fast and is a true utility infielder and outfielder. She is a high IQ baserunner and with the glove.” Not surprisingly, the Peach State product with a 4.0 GPA has the tools to play at the 14u age division as a 12U eligible player.

52—Kadence Cox, IF, Athletics Gold – Tamborra/Spencer
From Salem, Ala., Kadence is an impressive student-athlete with a 3.7 GPA who also competes in track and field. Off the field, she is also well-round as being a state champ in choir. Last year for Hannah Spencer’s A’s team, Kadence batted .390 with a .438 on-base percentage and drove in 25 runs on 29 hits while flashing her skills with the glove as well. Says Coach Spencer: “She is a consistent and impactful hitter who excels at getting on base and generating offensive opportunities.” As a speedy lefty slapper, she adds an extra layer of versatility and pressure on the defense, using her speed and slap-hitting skills to create more opportunities for herself and her teammates. Defensively, she is a flexible player, excelling as both a second baseman and an outfielder.

T-51—Ariyana Garcia, P, Corona Angels 12U – McCullough
Ariyana, or “Ari” for short, is a dynamic two-way player who shines in the circle and at the plate. From Norco, Calif., she began playing for the Norco Rec Softball league at the tender age of four-years-old. Last Fall, the right-hander hit .482 with an outstanding .547 on-base percentage. As a pitcher she had an ERA of 2.21 with 83 strikeouts of the 247 batters she faced and also produced a .950 WHIP and a fielding percentage of .950. Her play earned Ariyana recognition as an Alliance Fastpitch All-Tournament 12U Tier II player. The standout athlete is a dual immersion student (educational programs that teach students to speak, read, and write in two languages) with a 3.8 GPA. One of the leads of the Angels’ program, Coach Dominique Tyson, comments: “Ari brings a lot of energy to the circle and has great leadership skills. She is definitely a name to look out for in future!”

T-51—Carly Condray, OF/MIF, Birmingham Thunderbolts Premier 2030 – Wilkerson
Carly is skilled not just in softball but also in volleyball, basketball and pickleball as well. Her speed makes her one of the fastest and most dangerous players in the Class of 2030. Carly is an excellent slapper with a .464 batting average and .531 on-base percentage for Jeff Wilkerson’s. Bolts team last year. From Kimberly, Ala., she is a threat to steal at any moment and has a success rate of over 95 percent. Coach Wilkerson explains: “Carly puts a lot of pressure on defenses as she makes them pay the price for any mistake they make. She also has a very high softball IQ and is a very coachable player.” She is a true utility player who has played shortstop most of her travel ball career before recently moving to centerfield. Her coach concludes: “Carly covers a lot of area utilizing her speed and also plays with a tremendous grit, laying out for balls at any moment to make a play.”
