The 2024 NFCA Convention officially kicks off tomorrow, Dec. 4 and will run through Saturday, Dec. 7 at The Hyatt Regency in Dallas, Texas…. and Line Drive Softball will be there!

This is Brentt Eads and I’ll be there at the NFCA Convention Wednesday and Thursday with my beautiful wife, Shannon, so if you see us be sure to come up and say hello!

One speaker I always love to hear from is Kevin Shelton, the head of the Texas Glory organization… Kevin will be talking on Saturday about the “Small Game” and, if you’re there, it’s definitely one you’ll want to see.

I asked Kevin how he got the gig to talk:

“The NFCA reached out like they normally do looking for speaker ideas,” the long-time club coach remembers.

“Someone asked if I’d be interested in doing a “Drills Drills Drills” segment and I picked the Short Game because I’m comfortable talking about it as I’ve been working with kids in the cage and in games for close to 20 years now.”
