It’s Wednesday and we have just three days left in our current release of the top players in the 2027 HOT 100.

Later today, we’ll announce those who are in the 21-30 range, tomorrow (Thursday) will be No’s 11-20 and then on Friday we will post the Top 10.

To announce who made this elite group—and there are a LOT of great players at the top—we are going to do something we’ve never done in the nearly 50 classes we’ve ranked…

… we’re going to reveal the Top 10 in stages.

How will this work?

Instead of the class’s elite being published all in one document later in the evening, we’re going to do it this way:

• At 2 pm EST/11 am PST, we will begin the final reveal.
• Players will begin being honored with No. 10 going first.
• A bit later (with the hour) the rest of the Top 10 will begin to be published in order:
  • No. 9 will be posted, then No. 8, etc. all the way to the No. 1 player announcement.
• In essence, there will be 10 separate posts for each numbered ranking.
• This way, the players can be honored in real time and players, coaches and families won’t have to wait all day!

It’s a first but seems like a fun way to get the news out faster. What do you think?
