The Utah Talons of the AUSL currently have the best record (12-5) of the six teams and are vying for the 2026 title with the best-of-three Championship Series starting three weeks from today (Saturday, July 25).

This is Year 2 of the AUSL pro league, and the Talons won last year’s championship with a sweep of the Chicago Bandits and were recognized this week with some impressive bling for their success last season.

The Utah Talons ring awarded this week.

On Tuesday, AUSL Commissioner Kim Ng was in Utah to honor the team by presenting the players and coaches with their 2025 championship rings at Dumke Family Softball Stadium before the game versus the Volts which the Talons won 5-2.

The spectacular-looking rings were custom-designed by Southern Recognition with input from the Talons players and coaches.

Some of the ring details are:

  • There are two special custom-cut stones, including the logo’s falcon eye and a home plate.
  • The stones on the face of the ring feature the Talons’ colors of green and gold.
  • One side of the ring has a softball diamond inlaid with one single green stone to signify the AUSL’s inaugural 2025 season.
  • The interior of the ring houses the phrase “Bless This Nest,” the Talons’ family crest and the word “CAW” – the team cheer.
