We continue our Line Drive Softball look at the Class of 2031 and break down these outstanding players today by POSITION.

Over the last month, we’ve honored these softball standouts in the 2031 Line Drive HOT 100 as well as the players “on the bubble” (those ranked 101+).

Also this week, we’ll profile the No. 1 ranked player in the class and also look at this class by publishing our player rankings by REGION.

Today, we honor these elite players by their positions and – as many players can take the field at multiple spots – we placed them at the positions we feel they are mostly likely to play or were recommended to us by club and/or college coaches.

• P – (pitcher… the main focus is pitching)
• C (catcher… primary position)
• IF (infield… can play the corners or middle infield)
• OF (outfield… can play left field, center field and/or right field)
