We finish our look at the 2026 Line Drive HOT 100 player rankings for now as we go across the nation by REGION and rank the players by their area of the country according to the following groupings: 

• Region 1—Northeast
  • Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia
• Region 2—Southeast
  • Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee
• Region 3 – Midwest
  • Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin
• Region 4—Southwest/Mountain
  • Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wyoming
• Region 5—West
  • Alaska, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Washington

Note: the states attributed to the players are primarily based on where the club team is located as that, most of the time, corresponds to the region although we do recognize that some athletes play for travel teams in a different region.

Earlier this month, we started the OVERALL 2026 Line Drive HOT 100 which were published over two weeks in the following order:

• #s 100-91 (Sept. 9, 2024)
• #s 90-81 (Sept. 10, 2024)
• #s 80-71 (Sept. 11, 2024)
• #s 70-61 (Sept. 12, 2024)
• #s 60-51 (Sept. 13, 2024)
• #s 50-41 (Sept. 16, 2024)
• #s 40-31 (Sept. 17, 2024)
• #s 30-21 (Sept. 18, 2024)
• #s 20-11 (Sept. 19, 2024)
• #s 10-1 (Sept. 20, 2024)

We also honored those on the verge of breaking into the HOT 100, those ranked 101-200.
