Over the several weeks, Line Drive Softball has published the 2031 Line Drive HOT 100 player rankings for the first-time ever for this class.

Today we look at the players just on the verge of breaking into this elite 100 range: the prospects who are “on the bubble,” meaning they have been recommended to be followed and evaluated for the next 2031 update.

These are the athletes we feel have the potential to be Line Drive HOT 100 talent in the future – and we will track them moving forward – but they possibly weren’t nominated, weren’t nominated by the deadline or we didn’t have enough information submitted to be included in this year’s HOT 100.
