Our Line Drive Media National High School Player of the Week is coming down to the final 1-2 weeks and then we’ll unveil… drum roll.. our National High School All-American Teams!

Til then, the high school softball seasons nationwide are drawing to a close–if they haven’t ended already–but we’ll continue for now to honor those who came up big in the playoffs.

If you know of any top high school performances to be considered, we need your nominations for last week to be sent in by midnight TONIGHT as the next edition runs tomorrow.

Nomination Process (What to Send)

Line Drive Media is honoring a National High School Player of the Week and deserving runners-up every week from now into the summer.

Honoree(s) are typically announced every week with this week’s honorees will be announced tomorrow (Wednesday, June 3, 2026).

We’re looking for standouts who excelled in the circle, at the plate or in the field so be sure to nominate your favorite performance(s) by submitting the following:

• Player Name
• Grad Year (example: Class of 2026 or Senior)
• Position(s)
• High School Team Name (with city/state)
• Stats for the Week (be as detailed as possible!)
• Up-to-date Season Stats (where possible)
• Recruiting Information (if applicable)
• Any interesting Background Info on the player
• Photos: action and/or head shots (as available)
• If possible, Contact Info (player, parent, coach… if we’d like more info or quotes)
