2033 P Olive Washington pitched a complete game to lead Corona Angels 2033-Smith/Tyson to a 4-2 victory over Gametime X5 Gold in the 10U championship game of the Alliance Fastpitch Championship Series on Sunday at Kokomo High Stadium.

It’s the first 10U Alliance national championship for the Corona Angels since 2021.

2033 3B Charlotte Lee went 1 for 4 with two RBIs and 2033 SS Mireya Garcia went 1 for 2 with a run and two RBIs to pace the Corona Angels’ offense.

Washington scattered six hits, walked one and struck out eight in 7.0 innings.

2033 OF Finley Morse provided Gametime X5 Gold’s offense with a two-run home run in the bottom of the 7th inning.

Corona Angels 2033-Smith/Tyson defeated Indiana Magic Gold-Browne/Christiansen, 4-3, lost to Gametime X5 Gold, 2-1, beat OC Batbusters-Baker, 4-1, Indiana Magic Gold 2033 Futures-Browne/Christiansen, 10-9, and Gametime X5 Gold, 4-2, in Tier 1 Elite 8 games.

Gametime X5 Gold beat Oklahoma Athletics XV Gold, 7-0, Corona Angels 2033-Smith/Tyson, 2-1, lost to Ohio Stingrays 2033-Jellison, 4-3, beat Ohio Stingrays 2033-Jellison, 6-2, and lost to Corona Angels 2033-Smith/Tyson, 4-2, in Tier 1 Elite 8 games.
