The recently announced Canada Elite Softball Camp continues to gain interest as organizers work toward assembling a unique group of instructors from across North America.

Following the initial announcement, inquiries have been received from NCAA athletes, former collegiate standouts, coaches, and softball leaders interested in helping grow the game in Canada.
Organizers have also announced a scheduling change for the inaugural event. The Canada Elite Softball Camp will now take place August 4-6, 2026, at the Georgetown Fairgrounds in Georgetown, Ontario.
The three-day event will continue to follow the same vision outlined in the original announcement:
… bringing together some of the top softball minds in North America to provide Canadian athletes with an elite development experience while creating meaningful connections between young players and those who have competed at the highest levels of the game.
Organizers are still actively seeking instructors and are encouraging NCAA Division I players, alumni, current and former collegiate coaches, national team athletes, and other high-level softball instructors to apply.
“We want this camp to be about more than just softball instruction,” one Canada Elite Softball Camp director told Line Drive Media this week.
“We want young athletes to learn directly from people who have achieved the goals they dream about. Whether that’s playing Division I softball, representing their country, or coaching at the collegiate level, those experiences are incredibly valuable.”
