Ball State-committed 2027 OF Kenzi Arnett (2 for 4), Kentucky-bound 1B/3B Kennedy Christopher (1 for 3, HR), Penn State-bound C/1B Lilly Duffil (2 for 3, 4 RBIs), Eastern Kentucky-bound IF/OF Kenna Streeval (1 for 3, HR) and 2028 RHP Jillian DeYoung (5 IP, 0 runs, 4 Ks) helped Indiana Magic Gold-Moore blank TC Colorado-Kapelke, 8-0, to reach the quarterfinals.
“We’re excited to make a run tomorrow at the championship as we won 16U TC Championship last year,” IMG coach Drew Moore said. “This is the last year for this team as most will be graduating and going off to college to play. (I’m) enjoying these last couple of weeks I have with them all! If we can keep the bats rolling, we can compete with anyone in the country.” …

Emily Gaudio threw seven shutout innings and was very good in the circle, Unity-Torres/McHale hit four HRs — Kylie Folkwein, Leanna Chow, Leah English, Rachael Gurczeski-Fariello — as they beat Heartland Havoc 08 Premier-Nelson, 7-0.
“Pitching has been great and since Alex Wilcox Invitational bats have been on fire,” Unity coach Shawn McHale said. “In order to beat Louisville Sluggers-Huecker-Norwood, we will need to pitch well and continue to deliver at the plate. They are a very talented team.” …
Unity-Johnson/VB defeated Indiana Magic Gold-Bennett/Goddard, 11-1, to reach the quarterfinals. The top of the lineup — Texas-bound SS/OF Jordynn Booe and Ole Miss-bound OF Sienna Bocchino — set the pace along with Alabama-committed 2027 OF Morgan Waln’s four RBIs. Liberty-committed 2027 1B/3B Haley McGuire and Missouri-bound CF/C Hadley Borders added home runs to put the game away.
“We love advancing to the top 8, but if we keep putting together quality at-bats and strong pitching,” Unity coach Josh Johnson said, “we have a chance to bring home a trophy. “Excited to see them compete!” …
2029 MIF Abby Stenerson (3 for 4, triple), Memphis-committed 2027 OF/P Sydney Cobb (3 for 4), 2027 C/3B/UT Jojo Kalkman (2 for 5), Lehigh-bound 3B/MIF/OF Julia Savage (2 for 4) and Nebraska-bound MIF/OF Lucy Thompson (3-run HR) paced Colorado Batbusters National-Smith in a 10-5 win over Finesse-Peters.
“It was a big win vs. a talented Finesse team,” Batbusters coach Joe Smith said. “We had a total team effort. We are hoping to make a long run tomorrow and need to continue the timely hitting and strong pitching and defense we have shown through the tournament.” …
North Carolina State-committed 2027 LHP Lily Pullen, Ole Miss-committed 2027 RHP Kamryn Timmons and Yale-committed 2027 P Sydney Davis have been providing tremendous pitching for Top Gun National-Turner, which knocked off Premier Fastpitch National, 9-3, to reach the quarterfinals.
“All three located well and spun it through the zone efficiently for us today,” Top Gun coach Bob Turner said. …
Indiana State-bound OF Shelby Bennett went 3 for 5 with two runs scored and robbed a home run with a catch in the 7th inning, Ohio State-bound 3B Parker Willoughby went 2 for 5 with two RBIs and Indiana State-bound SS Melanie Pfeiffer went 2 for 4 with a double and two RBIs as Louisville Lady Sluggers-Huecker/M/B beat Peppers-Wallace, 9-8, to reach the quarterfinals.
“Tomorrow in the final 8,” Lady Sluggers coach Codey Burt said. “We need to play aggressive and put pressure on our opponent. That’s the game we like to play and we know what we are good at. As long as we stay focused on us, we have a great chance. Positivity in our dugout is flowing right now and our girls and coaching staff feed off of that.” …

“It’s another opportunity to prove the strength of our team and our schedule and how we’ve challenged this group, battling every weekend with the best of the best in the nation,” Armor Elite coach DeAnn Fox said. “This is a great opportunity to represent our organization as well at a highly-respected national level event. Advancing in the championship bracket with every game you face elite level teams and athletes and our girls are part of that as well. What it will take to keep advancing is focusing on playing our game and each girl stepping up when called upon.” …

“What this team needs to do to move on tomorrow in the Triple Crown quarterfinals is continue its high energy, great pitching and timely hitting,” Unity coach Juan Torres said. “This team has been hitting its stride this summer.” …
Notre Dame-committed 2027 OF Ava Stevens pitched a complete game with six strikeouts in five scoreless innings, 2027 P Kaley Dyer and 2027 OF Abi Barboza were both were 2 for 3 and Stevens and 2027 Lani Gonzalez each had doubles as Miami Stingrays-Gator defeated ROI Midwest-Kessler, 4-3.
“We have done our best to play the best competition possible this summer so we would be ready for Nationals,” Miami Stingrays coach Gator Rebhan said. “Coming off of a great week of competition in the Easton (Invite) last week, the girls have been on fire!” …
Top Gun National-Sciara defeated Turnin2-Pezz, 7-2, and Top Gun 2028 National-Sciara beat Gators Premier 2028-Lloyd/Ketelhut, 12-7, to set up a quarterfinal showdown on Thursday.
“It’s gonna be a fun experience,” Top Gun coach Joe Sciara said. “We played in the fall at (PGF) Show Me The Money and (Top Gun National) 16s won, 1-0, in a 7-inning game that only took 65 minutes. Both teams have had exceptional seasons. This is the type of game that we need to prepare us for PGF Nationals next week.” …
2028 RHP/3B Lauryn McHenry hit two home runs and recorded the win as pitcher, 2028 3B/1B/OF Chesnee Monroe went 2 for 4 with a three-run, walk-off home run, 2028 3B Allie Singleton went 2 for 3 with a homer, 2027 SS/3B Makinlee Carpenter went 2 for 2 with a homer, 2027 C/IF Bailey Summa went 2 for 2 and 2027 P/1B Ava Kanatzar came in for three innings for the save as Oklahoma Ultimate Gold beat Aces Mid-Mo Gold, 16-7.
“(It) means everything to these girls to make it to the Elite 8 in the championship bracket,” Ultimate Gold coach Rick Cummings said. “(It) shows them that their hard work on and off the field is paying off all season. Tomorrow, we have to come out with strong bats and tough D and the energy we have been bringing to have a successful day.” …
