Last week, we wrapped up our look at the 2026 spring high school season with our final SUPER 70 High School Team Rankings as well as our last in our series honoring the National High School Player of the Week.

Now, it’s time to start honoring those who had great years (and this includes those who played in states such as Georgia, Colorado and others last fall).

Starting today, we are taking nominations for the Line Drive Softball 2026 High School All-American teams!

Below is the schedule for when each position will be recognized as well as the High School Player of the Year and the High School Coach of the Year:

• Monday, July 6 – Line Drive Media 1st Team All-Americans (Pitchers)
• Tuesday, July 7 – Line Drive Media 1st Team All-Americans (Catchers)
• Wednesday, July 8 – Line Drive Media 1st Team All-Americans (Infielders)
• Thursday, July 9– Line Drive Media 1st Team All-Americans (Outfielders)
• Friday, July 10 – Line Drive Media 1st Team All-Americans (Multi-Purpose)
• Monday, July 13 – Line Drive Media 2nd Team All-Americans
• Tuesday, July 14 – Line Drive Media High School Player of the Year
• Wednesday, July 15 – Line Drive Media High School Coach of the Year

Those chosen will be selected based on the following factors:

• accomplishments, stats and honors
• importance to the success of the team (i.e. how far the team advanced in playoffs)
• on-field abilities, skills & talent
• off-the-field resume, i.e. academic success, community involvement, etc.

Be sure to send in a head shot and/or an action shot as available.

IMPORTANT!!! Deadline (July 3!): To submit a player for consideration–this is for coaches, trainers and others who work with the athlete–please use:

Send in nominations no later than Friday, July 3 (Independence Day EVE!) @ 5 pm EST to ensure consideration for the All-American teams.
