Line Drive Media readers… this is Brentt Eads with an announcement regarding the second half of the 2029 HOT 100 Player Rankings.

Last week, we presented the players who were in the top half of the current freshman class, those ranked in the slots 51-100.

We will be finalizing the second half of this deep and talented class with the following dates:

• #’s 50-41 (Mon., May 25, 2026)
• #’s 40-31 (Tue., May 26, 2026)
• #’s 30-21 (Wed., May 27, 2026)
• #’s 20-11 (Thu., May 28, 2026)
• #’s 10-1 (Fri. May 29, 2026)

Simply, we’re pushing back Week 2 for what I feel is a good reason:

… there is so much talent at the top of the ’29 class—and so much new intel has come in regarding these outstanding players–that we want to dedicate more time and due diligence in evaluating them.

I don’t remember a class in recent memory that has so much DEPTH in the Top 25! And it’s not just pitching or middle infield… it’s at every position… so we’re going to get more feedback and evaluate more.
