The weekend of Nov. 14-16, 2025, one of the top club events of the year was held in the Tampa, Fla. area as the Clearwater Fall Classic featured top teams and players in the age divisions of 14U, 16U and 18U.
Today is the second of our three-part series honoring those who had a great weekend of action and are being recognized as a member of the Clearwater Fall Classic All-Tournament Team.
On Friday, we announced the 14U All-Tournament Team, today we feature the 16U All-Tourney Team and tomorrow we’ll finish with the 18U squad.

* Sophia Schlader, P, Beverly Bandits Premier 16U – Conroy

Sophia had great numbers all weekend, but one game showcased how she can win a game with her arm or her bat.
Facing a strong Birmingham Bolts 16U team, the 2028 grad from Urbandale, Iowa, pitched seven innings while giving up just one hit and had 11 strikeouts in the 1-0 win.
And that one run that decided the win was a Sophia Schlader home run.
The pitcher/hitter also walked twice that game and for the weekend had six hits including the home run, a double and four singles to bat .462 with a .611 on-base percentage.
In the circle, the talented right-handed pitcher tossed 17 innings with 26 strikeouts and gave up just four hits over the weekend, limiting opposing hitters to a measly .070 batting average.
And best of all, she gave up no earned runs… zero… nada.
For her success pitching and hitting, Sophia is the MVP of our Clearwater Fall Classic 16U All-Tournament Team.

* Lila Alvarez, P/OF, Rhode Island Thunder 16U – Leclair
Lila pitched 16.0 innings and racked up 26 strikeouts in Clearwater. The 2027 grad kept opposing teams off-balance on her way to four wins and one save.
* Chloe Bailey, P, Unity 16U – Amsler/Johnson
Chloe was impressive all weekend long at the Florida event as she pitched 12 innings with 14 strikeouts, giving up only four hits and two runs while limited opposing hitters to just a .103 batting average against her.
* Two pitchers for the Tampa Mustangs 16U – Rene team—Addison “Ding” Balavender (2029) and Madison Kokoszka (2027), an Appalachian State commit—teamed up to deliver knockouts Sunday in the final two games with each allowing zero earned runs. The two pitchers had 24 Ks combined for the weekend.
* Maci Barnes, P/2B, Texas Glory 16U – Coleman
Maci, a 2029 grad from Ferris, Texas, pitched 7.1 innings with nine strikeouts and just one earned run allowed for a 0.96 ERA.
* Zoe Bassham, 1B/OF, Texas Glory 16U – Coleman
Zoe, a 2028 infielder/outfielder from Sanger, Texas, was impressive all weekend long in Clearwater as she batted .500 with two doubles to spark Head Coach Cedric Coleman’s team.
* Katelyn “KK” Batroff, C, Athletics Gold 16U – Tamborra/Hamilton
Katelyn, a left-handed hitter, led the team in hitting at an even .500 going 7-for-14 and scoring six runs with five stolen bases. Defensively, behind the plate she shut down the base paths allowing only one steal over 15 innings. “KK is a dynamic lead-off hitter who really sets the tone for our team offensively,” said Head Coach Pete Hamilton.

* Joselyn Bermudez, P, Unity 16U – Torres
Joselyn, a 2028 pitcher, pitched nine innings in Clearwater with 12 strikeouts and a .162 batting average against. She compiled a 1.15 ERA and was impressive especially in a game against Impact O’Neal in which she pitched three scoreless innings.
* Lindsey Cable, MIF, Impact 16U – Caymol
Lindsey, a 2027 middle infielder, was impressive at the plate all weekend in Clearwater as she hit .545 with a pair of home runs and drove in nine runs. She also produced a 1.620 OPS.
* Chaden Chatelain, P/OF, Rising 16U – Appel/Kobasew
Chaden threw nine innings and was a key factor in the Rising 16U team going 6-0 against top competition. She ended the weekend with an impressive .308 ERA and .097 batting average against. Coach Kobasews comments: “Chaden does a great job of keeping her composure against top hitters and keeping them off balance with her changes in speed and movement she puts on the ball.”
* Ava Collins, P, Texas Blaze United 16U – Robertson
The 2029 right-handed pitcher tossed 11 innings and produced a 1.24 ERA and a .184 batting average against. Head Coach Cory Robertson said: “Ava is a competitor and all about her craft.” In one impressive outing, she threw a shutout.
* JosLynn Cooper, UT/C, Texas Blaze United 16U – Robertson
JosLynn is a 2027 grad for Head Coach Cory Robertson’s team, and he described her as “an executing machine racking up six RBIs, and timely hits.” Whether it was moving runners or scoring them, she hit .400 on the weekend against top teams. Joslynn also had two key home runs and many impressive defensive plays for the Blaze.
* Carter Cswaykus, 1B/OF, D1Vision 16U – Vermeulen
Carter, a 5-foot-11 uncommitted 2027 first baseman and outfielder, batted .500 at the Clearwater Fall Classic including two home runs, a triple and six RBIs. Head Coach Tammy Vermeulen commented: “Carter brings the power bat and the energy wherever she goes. She’s one of the biggest leaders on the team and hype person! You need a Carter on your squad!”
* Molly Davi, P, Georgia Impact 16U – O’Neal
Molly Davi, a Utah commit, traveled all the way from Hawaii to compete with her Georgia Impact teammates and delivered a dominant, high-energy presence in the circle all weekend. She finished the tournament with a 0.80 ERA, a .143 batting average against, 13 strikeouts, and only two walks, showcasing exceptional command and efficiency. Coach Chad O’Neal explains: “Molly brings a spark every time she steps onto the field — full of energy, confidence, and a uniquely deceptive delivery that allows her to hide the ball until the last possible moment.”
* Zariah Diaz, 2B/UT, Texas Glory 16U – Coleman
Zariah was hot on both sides of the ball as she batted .500 and recorded a perfect fielding percentage on 13 total chances.
* Faith Doolen, P, Armor Elite – Lynch (previously Atlanta Vipers Gold)
Faith Doolen, a 2028 right-handed pitcher, finished the weekend with a strong 1.50 ERA, held opponents to a .180 batting average against, and recorded 13 strikeouts without issuing a single walk. “Faith’s ability to command the strike zone, stay composed under pressure, and work ahead in counts made her a steady and reliable presence in the circle for us,” said Head Coach Josh Lynch.
* Natalia Draghi, UT/P, Empire State Huskies National 16U – Roberts
A 2027 Georgetown commit, Natalia batted .471 with an OPS of 1.173 and an on-base percentage of .526. Head Coach Penny Roberts said: “Natalia had a great weekend at the plate charging our offense all weekend long.”
* Brityn Duffy, C/OF, Turnin2 16U – Pezz
Brityn, who also goes by “Brit,” batted .417 in Clearwater with five walks and six runs scored. The 2029 catcher had a .588 on-base percentage and was 7-for-7 in stolen bases. Brit caught most of the weekend and kept the running game in check with her 70-plus mph overhand velo and “great glove work,” per Head Coach Ron Pezzoni, who added: “Her intangibles all weekend were through the roof!”
* Addi Ellis, P, Top Gun 16U National
Addi is another talented lefty in the Top Gun organization and the 2028 is garnering P4 interest from coast to coast. She has a great change-up which she can throw in all counts and mixes in a low 60’s riseball. At the Clearwater Fall Classic Addi tossed 10 scoreless innings and an incredible 0.032 batting average against. She gave up just one hit while striking out 16.
* Alexi Ford, P, Hotshots 16U – Nelson/Falterman
Alexi, a 2028 grad, pitched 10 innings with a 1.75 ERA and was impressive against two elite teams— Tampa Mustangs – Renee and Westbay Warriors – McDonald—against whom she didn’t allow an earned run.
* Bailey Garrison, MIF/C, Unity 16U – Amsler/Johnson
Bailey, a 2028 grad for Head Coach Dave Amsler’s team, batted a sizzling .700 for the weekend leading her coach to comment: “That is an unbelievable batting average against the competition we faced in Clearwater in the 16U division.”
* Autumn Gove, SS, Empire State Huskies National 16U – Roberts
Autumn, a Marist commit, made several outstanding defensive plays at shortstop . The 2027 grad showcased her sure-handed defense and range while making great plays look routine all weekend.
* Brooklynn Hagerty, P, Top Gun 16U National
Brooklyn, a 2027 right-handed pitcher committed to Texas pitched six innings in Clearwater giving up no runs, just one hit and only one walk while striking out 13. The power pitcher also recorded a win and a save while posting a 34.48 swing and miss percentage.
* Maloree Harr, P, D1Vision 16U – Vermeulen
Throwing in the mid-60’s as a 2030 grad is impressive on its own and dominating big 16U teams is even more impressive when it’s in front of more than 25 coaches from major and mid-major DI schools. Maloree had an impressive weekend throwing hard/

* Mori Henderson, OF, Athletics Gold 16U – Tamborra/Hamilton
A lefty centerfielder, Mori had a strong weekend offensively hitting .417 with a .533 OBP and 1.450 OPS. She put on a show on Sunday morning in a big game in front of numerous college coaches going 2-for2- with a towering home run and was able to showcase what she can do defensively with several impressive plays including a full layout diving catch in centerfield. “Mori is a true 5-tool player,” said Head Coach Pete Hamilton, “and a natural leader on and off the field. It’s easy to see why she is being recruited at the level she is.”
* Ila Hughes, P, Mojo – Pardue
A 2028 grad, Ila pitched 11 innings only giving two earned runs on the weekend while striking out 12 and walking none.
* Aubrey Jones, C, Hotshots 16U – Nelson/Falterman
Aubrey, a 2027 catcher, was a force at the plate as she hit .500 highlighted by a home run and four runs driven in.
* Molly Jones, P, Select Fastpitch 16U – Byrn/Jones
Molly, a 2027 right-handed pitcher, threw 7.1 innings and had nine strikeouts while giving up just four hits and three earned runs for a 2.80 ERA over the weekend in Clearwater.
* Lainie Keefer, 3B/C, Unity 16U – Amsler/Johnson
Lainie batted .455 with a .533 on-base percentage at the Clearwater Fall Classic and the 2028 grad also produced a 1.079 OPS.
* Alexa Kelley, OF/3B, Team Pennsylvania 16U – Hall
Alexa, who also goes by “Lexi,” led Coach Richele Hall’s offense with a .500 and .556 OBP in hitting from the leadoff spot. The Head Coach added: “Lexi is the spark for our explosive offense and has several D1 schools interested that she has visited and has offers from. She’ll be committing in the coming month or so!”
* Erin Knapp, P, Impact 16U – Caymol
Erin Knapp, a 2028 pitcher who impressed against older teams and hitters, pitched 12 innings and compiled 18 strikeouts with a 1.50 ERA.
* Peyton Knight, IF/OF, Rising 16U – Appel/Kobasew
A 2029 “pure athlete” per Head Coach Chuck Kobasew, Peyton had a great weekend at the plate in Clearwater. She ended the weekend with a batting avg of .462. Coach Kobasewe added: “Peyton’s athleticism really shines when she is on defense. She used her speed all weekend to be a dominant force on the bases.”
* Vivian Knott, P, Empire State Huskies National 16U – Roberts
Vivian, a 2027 lefty pitcher and Stanford commit, tossed 21.2 innings and had 39 strikeouts and an ERA of 0.65 with a batting average against of .158. She was dominant in the circle “working a great mix of spins with her curve and rise and a very effective change-up,” per Head Coach Penny Roberts.

* Zoey Kreinus, C/3B, Top Gun 16U National
Zoey had a perfect fielding percentage, no stolen bases against, and had a dominant offensive performance from Top Gun 16 National. The four-hole hitter proved to be a big reason for the team’s success in Clearwater. She led her team in hits, doubles, RBIs and runs scored this past weekend and compiled a.462 batting and .563 on base percentage with no strikeouts on the weekend.
* Abby Latulippe, IF, Tampa Mustangs 16U – Rene
Abby, an uncommitted 2027 grad, batted .375 with a .450 on-base percentage and drove in five runs highlighted by a three-run home run when her team was down by two and would come back to win a Day 1 game.
* Demi Lotus, OF, Beverly Bandits 16U – Conroy
Demi is a 2028 grad who sparked Bill Conroy’s team with a .417 batting average, nine steals, seven runs scored and two RBIs. A converted infielder to the outfield, she also showed a strong arm on her throws from the grass to her infielders.
* Lila Manfredonia, P/1B, Ohio Outlaws National – Accord
Lila, a lefty pitcher and first basement for Coach Adam Accord’s team with the nickname of “Fred,” tossed a one-hitter in a win against Beverly Bandits – Glass and helped her own cause by batting .308 on the weekend.
* Eva Martinez, C/OF, Tampa Mustangs 16U – Rene
Eva, an uncommitted 2028, was hot all weekend on offense as the batted .429 with a .619 on-base percentage for her Mustangs team out of Florida.
Morgan Maxwell, P/1B, Georgia Impact 16U – O’Neal
Morgan, a future Georgia Bulldog, turned in a flawless weekend in the circle. She posted a 0.00 ERA, held opponents to a .087 batting average against, and recorded 10 strikeouts with only two walks, showcasing her trademark command and composure. She also hit two home runs during the tournament. Head Coach Chad O’Neal said: “Morgan’s ability to dominate on both sides of the ball makes her one of the most complete and competitive athletes on the field every time she steps between the lines.”
* Dakota McDaniel, P, Armor Elite – Lynch (previously Atlanta Vipers Gold)
Dakota McDaniel, a 2028 right-handed pitcher, put together a strong and composed showing in the circle throughout the tournament. Over 13 innings, she posted a 0.538 ERA and held opponents to a .176 batting average against. She also recorded 18 strikeouts with only three walks. Per Head Coach Josh Lynch: “Dakota’s ability to stay in command, change speeds, and compete in every count made her a key contributor for our team” (which was the Atlanta Vipers Gold in Clearwater prior to the team’s transition into the Armor Elite Fastpitch organization).
* Ameliana Mendez, OF/UT, Rising 16U – Appel/Kobasew
Ameliana, a 2029 grad who also goes by “Milly,” had a strong weekend at the plate in Clearwater ending the weekend with a .500 on-base percentage facing some of the best pitchers in the country. Head Coach Chuck Kobasew said: “Milly also locked it down defensively in the outfield.”
* Bre Meracle, OF Beverly Bandits 16U – Conroy
The 2027 outfielder went eight for 18 for a batting average of .444 and also scored seven runs, drove in four and stole four bases.

* Natalie Musser, OF, Mojo – Pardue
Natalie hit .429 on the weekend with a .500 on-base percentage with three stolen bases. Head Coach Michael Pardue commented: “All of her at bats were productive, taking advantage of her skills, both slapping and swinging away and Natalie also played locked down in the outfield.”
* Gracyn Needle, IF, Tampa Mustangs 16U – Rene
Gracyn, a 2027 grad and Tennessee Vol commit, batted .625 for the weekend with 14 RBIs and two home runs for Coach Rene Ciccarello Jr’s team.
* Abbi Orsi, 2B, Ohio Outlaws National – Accord
Head Coach Adam Accord said of his 2028 second baseman: “Abby was a highlight reel stealing hits all weekend!! The second baseman was almost perfect fielding 25-for-26—a .962 fielding percentage—and caught lots of attention for her elite defensive play.
* Millie Pardue, P, Mojo – Pardue
Millie pitched eight innings and gave up just four hits with 15 strikeouts and a .138 batting average against.
* Maddie Reed, P/OF, Unity 16U – Amsler/Johnson
Maddie was a two-way force for her Unity team as the 2028 grad pitched seven innings with 12 K’s and two wins against two top teams filled with mostly committed 2027 players. On offense, Maddie batted .429 with a .508 on-base percentage.
* Lucy Reis, P/3B, Ohio Outlaws National – Accord
A 2029 right-handed pitcher, Lucy picked up the win against Georgia impact – Caymol and also pitched a three-hitter in a one-to-one tie with the Empire State Huskies giving up zero earned runs (she gave up only three earned runs on the weekend) while batting .357 in Clearwater.
* Annika Ridling, P/1B, Rising 16U – Appel/Kobasew
A 2028 pitcher, Annika had a strong weekend at the Fall Classic throwing 11 innings with a ERA of 1.273. She utilized her speed and movement to be a dominant force up against some elite hitters. Head Coach Chuck Kobasew adds: “Annika has grown a lot for us over the fall and has been tested with a tough fall schedule.”
* Taylor Sawyer, CIF, Armor Elite – Lynch (previously Atlanta Vipers Gold)
Taylor delivered one of the most impressive offensive performances at the Clearwater Invitational as the 2028 grad was steady at the corners with a .714 batting and an OPS of 1.876 for Coach Josh Lynch’s Atlanta Vipers Gold team which is now part of the newly formed Armor Elite Fastpitch organization. Coach Lynch comments: “Taylor’s ability to string together quality at-bats made her one of the most impactful hitters throughout the event.”
* Taylor Schneider, P, Team Pennsylvania 16U – Hall
Taylor is a 2027 right-handed pitcher who committed to the University of Buffalo right after the Clearwater Fall Classic and perhaps it was performance there that made the difference as she posted a 1.20 ERA in 11.2 innings with 15 K’s and no walks. Her BAA was just .222.

* Kam Stankus, OF, Turnin2 16U – Pezz
Kam was on fire all weekend offensively as she went 10-for-16 for a .714 batting average. She also had six RBIs and four stolen bases leading Head Coach Ron Pezzoni to comment: “Kam had consistent hard contact at bats throughout the weekend and also played a lock down centerfield.”
* Kenley Sutton, P, Select Fastpitch 16U – Byrn/Jones
A 2028 left-handed pitcher, Kenly pitched seven innings with 11 strikeouts and three walks given up and allowed six hits and four earned runs.
* Peyton Ushery, OF, Georgia Impact 16U – O’Neal
Peyton closed out her final tournament as part of Georgia Impact with another strong offensive showing. She finished the tournament with a batting average of .667 with a 1.417 OPS, even after being hit by pitches three times. Head Coach Chad O’Neal commented: “Peyton continued to do what she does best: find a way on base, placing balls into gaps and beating defenses with smart, timely contact. As she and her teammates move into the newly formed Armor Elite Fastpitch organization, she’s already proving she’ll be an offensive force for the new club.”
* Kayleigh Ventura, MIF, Rhode Island Thunder 16U – Leclair
The 2027 middle infielder batted .538 on the weekend with five extra base hits, 10 RBIs and a clutch home run. Head Coach Chris Leclair adds: “Kayleigh played a clean infield and led the team on and off the field to a 6-0 record.”

* Addy Watson, P/1B, Texas Glory 16U – Coleman
The 2028 right-handed pitcher tossed 7.1 innings with five strikeouts and didn’t allow an earned run all weekend long.
* Emory Whisner, P/UT, Turnin2 16U – Pezz
Emnory, a 2028 grad who goes by “Whis,” threw 17.1 innings with 17 strikeouts and produced a 1.62 ERA and a 1.21 WHIP. She had a great presence in the circle all weekend and tossed a no-hitter on Sunday in Clearwater.
* Kenzie White, 1B/OF, Mojo – Pardue
Kenzie, a 2028 grad, hit .467 on the weekend with two home runs and a pair of doubles. She was instrumental with her play at first base and her go-ahead home run in one of the last games to take the win.
* Harlie Wright, P, Hotshots 16U – Nelson/Falterman
Harlie pitched 11 innings and struck out 11 and was notable for throwing well against two top teams—Team NC and Arizona – Rising—as she only gave up three earned runs Coach Troy Falterman’s team.
