Oklahoma regained the No. 1 ranking in this week’s NFCA/GoRout Division I Top 25 Coaches Poll.

The Sooners (42-5) returned to the pole position after posting a three-game sweep of then-No. 2 Texas in a key Southeastern Conference series. It marked the fourth change in the top spot over the last eight rankings.

OU, which held the top spot for two weeks (March 11 & 18), knocked off the Longhorns (42-9) three times at home to grab a 2.5 game lead over Texas A&M heading into the final weekend of the regular season. Texas dipped to the No. 4 spot, its lowest ranking of the season, after a 1-3 week, which included a 1-0 win at No. 23 Oklahoma State.

The Aggies (41-8) come in at No. 2 after it dropped two-of-three at home to new-No. 8 Arkansas and earned a non-conference victory over Louisiana.

Oregon moved up two spots to No. 3, the program’s highest ranking since being at No. 3 for three weeks in 2021. The Ducks (44-5) swept a Big Ten road series at Indiana to help maintain a one-game lead over No. 6 UCLA in the league standings.

No. 5 Tennessee (39-11) was trumped by Clemson in nine innings and took two-of-three from then-No. 16 Ole Miss on the road.
No. 6 UCLA, No. 7 Florida State, No. 8 Arkansas, No. 9 Florida and No. 10 LSU make up the second half of the top 10. The Bruins were the only team to come out of last week unscathed, while the other four dropped one game in league action.

No. 11 Texas Tech captured its first-ever Big 12 title over the weekend with two wins over Arizona State.

Clemson (41-12) rose another three spots to No. 16 following a win at then-No. 4 Tennessee and a three-game road sweep of Georgia Tech in ACC action. Alabama also improved, grabbing the No. 19 ranking following its three-game sweep of Missouri.

No. 24 Grand Canyon returned to the top 25. With their fifth-straight West Athletic Conference series sweep of 2025, the Lopes (40-6) trumped Utah Tech three times to extend its win streak to 17 games and clinch their second consecutive WAC regular-season crown.
