Athletics Gold Tamborra-Freeman beat Georgia Impact-Taylor via forfeit in the 18U final of PGF March Madness on Sunday at Heritage Point Park.
Impact-Taylor had already played eight games and decided not to play the final.
AGT-Freeman had 11 players hit above .300 for the tournament. 2027 IF/P Savannah Langley (.571 AVG, 2 HRs, 5 RBIs), Mercer-committed 2026 P Riley Huckaby (.571 AVG, 1 HR, 7 RBIs), Kennesaw State-bound 2025 C/IF Savannah Frachiseur (.538 AVG, .769 SLG, 1 HR), Piedmont-bound 2025 IF Anslee Saunchegraw (.467 AVG, 8 RBIs) and Reinhardt-committed 2026 P Callie Still (.429 AVG, .571 SLG) were the leaders for AGT-Freeman for the tournament.
“It was a great weekend as a team,” AGT coach Mekhia Freeman said. “I was impressed with our defense! Great plays in right by (2026) Eva Davis, great plays up the middle by (2027) Savannah Langley and (2025) Anslee Saunchegraw. Hot corner on lock (down) by (Georgia Tech-committed 2026) Donee Morain. Our pitchers had each other’s back all weekend, combining (for) 35 innings (and) 42 strikeouts with (Middle Tennessee State-committed 2026) Anslee Hall totaling 21 of the strikeouts, also hitting two home runs! Proud of the group! Can’t wait to keep going!”
AGT-Freeman defeated Athletics Gold Tamborra-Ashley/Waller, 8-5, Hotshots National-Nelson, 3-2, Georgia Impact-Carver, 5-3, and Impact-Taylor via forfeit.
Impact-Taylor beat Impact Gold 07-Doggett, 6-2, Athletics Gold Tamborra, 9-8, EC Bullets-Schnute/Bilz, 7-5, and lost to AGT-Freeman via forfeit in bracket games.

16U: ATLANTA VIPERS GOLD 09-CRENSHAW 7, GEORGIA IMPACT-MCBAY 0
2027 RHP Sophia Vatistas allowed one hit and struck out two in 4.0 scoreless innings to lead Atlanta Vipers Gold 09-Crenshaw to a 7-0 victory over Georgia Impact-McBay in the 16U final of PGF March Madness on Sunday at Edwards Park.
2027 RF Kendall Mayo went 1 for 1 with a double, two runs and two RBIs and 2027 1B Reece Covington went 1 for 1 with a double and two RBIs to power Vipers-Crenshaw in the championship game.
Vipers-Crenshaw defeated SWAT 08/09, 7-2, Athletics Gold Tamborra-Hamilton, 4-3, Fury Platinum National-Cromer, 8-1, and Impact-McBay, 7-0, in bracket games.
Impact-McBay beat Hustle 27/28, 3-2, GA Fire Gold 09-Sneed, 12-1, Georgia Impact Premier-Martin, 3-2, and lost to Vipers-Crenshaw, 7-0, in bracket games.

14U: TN MOJO 2011-OGLETREE 5, GA POWER 2010-WATERS 3
TN Mojo 2011-Ogletree beat GA Power 2010-Waters, 5-3, in the 14U final of PGF March Madness on Sunday at Westside Park.
Mojo-Ogletree went 8-0 and outscored its opponents, 79-13, or the tournament.
Mojo-Ogletree’s leaders were 2029 P Aly Batroff (15 IP, 16 Ks 1.37 ERA, .566 AVG), 2030 C Brooklyn Halper (.616 AVG, .667 OBP), 2029 3B Ashtyn Pierre (.611 OBP) and 2029 2B Mya Ogletree (solo home run in semifinals).
“This team is something special,” Mojo coach Racheal Ogletree said. “They play for and behind each other. They are selfless! March Madness and finishing undefeated is a testament to their commitment to each other.”
Mojo-Ogletree defeated Georgia Thunderbolts 2029-Urena, 15-1, GA Power 2010 Gold, 7-1, and GA Power-Waters, 5-3, in bracket games.
GA Power-Waters beat Fury Platinum-Meadows, 6-2, Marucci SE Gold 29, 4-1, and lost to Mojo-Ogletree, 5-3, in bracket games.

12U: ATHLETICS GOLD TAMBORRA 2012-PRIEM 2, AP ELITE 20120FOSTER 1
2030 P Addie Ozgo allowed three hits and struck out 15 in 8.0 innings as Athletics Gold Tamborra 2012-Priem held off AP Elite 2012-Foster, 2-1, in the 12U final of PGF March Madness on Sunday at Heritage Point Park.
2031 Dylan Peeples went 2 for 3 with a triple and two runs and 2031 Lizzie Baumgartner went 1 with 2 with a walk-off single to lift AGT-Priem.
AGT-Priem went 6-1 and outscored its opponents, 48-11, for the tournament. AGT-Priem’s leaders for the tournament were 2030 Nevaeh Smith (.438 AVG, 2 doubles, 10 RBIs, 6 runs), 2030 Hollyn Clockadale (.421 AVG, 8 hits, 7 runs), Ozgo (16 IP, 30 Ks, 3 wins, .094 BAA), 2030 Eleanor Schlich (.417 AVG, .500 OBP, 5 RBIs) and 2030 Marisa Priem (1 no-hitter).
AGT-Priem defeated GA Fury Platinum-Edwards, 4-3, Firecrackers GA 2013, 6-1, and AP Elite-Foster, 2-1, in bracket games.
AP Elite-Foster beat Firecrackers-Rosa, 10-0, Renegades-Hunt, 9-1, and lost to AGT-Priem, 2-1, in bracket games.
