Over the last week, Line Drive Softball covered the WBSC U-18 Women’s Softball World Cup C action in Dallas which saw the USA and Canada punch their tickets to the World Cup Finals to be held next year as well as Mexico, which earned a wild card spot.
One of the stars for Team USA, which went 6-0 and outscored the opponents by an overwhelming margin of 63-1, was Townsen Thomas, the speedster from Humble, Texas who will be attending the University of Florida to play softball and run track.
