What a tremendous recruiting run the Georgia Bulldogs are having in the current junior (2028) class!
Three of their four commits are in the Line Drive Media 2028 HOT 100 Top 10 and the other is ranked No. 13.
One of those who will give UGA a Top 5 recruiting class this year is Ivee Rastatter, a lefty pitcher and standout power-hitter ranked No. 8 overall in the rankings who’s a winner at everything she does… and that includes playing three sports!
Honored to be included in the Top 8! Thank you @LineDsoftball!
Grateful for my coaches, teammates, family, and everyone who continues to support me. Excited for what’s ahead. I love this game! 🧡🥎🖤@BillConroy60534 @MaxPreps @Bandit16uConroy @USASoftball @EastonFastpitch https://t.co/3x01R38MKC

Let’s talk stats for a minute… you won’t find too many more impressive on the prep scene where the current junior has gone a jaw-dropping 60-0 in her first two years for the Cougars at Kenton Ridge High in Central Ohio with a collective 1.16 ERA and 495 strikeouts in 326 innings.
But that’s not all: at the plate she’s batted .509 in her 161 at-bats with 22 home runs and 94 RBIs as a frosh and sophomore to go with a .558 on-base percentage, a 1.124 slugging percentage and an OPS of 1.682.
Oh yea… her fielding percentage is 1.000 in 64 total chances!
And look for Ivee to win a lot more over the next year on the softball field—both in high school and in the club space where she competes for Bill Conroy’s juggernaut team that also includes one of the top right-handed pitchers in the 2028 class in future Oklahoma Sooner Sophia Schlader.
Here’s more on Ivee, a tremendous Buckeye State prospect who has had some amazing experiences with her bat as well as her arm… read on to find out more!

What would you say are your top achievements, stats, honors and/or accomplishments over the last year and/or for your career?
I would say my top achievements are being named MaxPreps Ohio Player of the Year my freshman and sophomore years and being named an NFCA 1st Team All-American both years.
We also won back-to-back state championships! This past summer, I hit 21 home runs playing travel ball.
Do you play other sports?
Yes! I play volleyball and I swim. We are back-to-back district champions in volleyball, and I also qualified for districts in swimming.
What’s been a top one or two softball experience in your career?
One of my top softball experiences was hitting two home runs in the state championship game to help our team win another state title after being down 6-0.
Another unforgettable experience was when our team came back from a deficit against Wheelersburg. I hit a three-run home run to walk it off, which made the comeback even more special.
How did Head Coach Tony Baldwin and Univ. of Georgia coaches first find you to start recruiting you?
Georgia watched me play in Kansas City and then came to watch me again at our last tournament of the summer in California. I had eight home runs in Kansas City and our team won the tournament!

When did they offer you a scholarship?
They offered me during my visit.
When and how did you commit? What were the circumstances?
I committed the next day at lunch after my parents, and I asked a few more questions about the offer. My parents and I both knew it was the right decision for me.
What was it about UGA made you decide it was the place for you? Did you have an “a ha” moment where it suddenly was obviously the right place for you?
I knew it was the place for me right when I stepped on campus. The campus, the coaches and the program just felt right, and it became very clear to me. God made it very obvious that Georgia was the place I was supposed to be.
What did they say they liked about your game enough to offer you?
Coach Baldwin said he saw life in my swing and in the way the ball comes off my bat. They also liked my confidence as a player.
The funny part is that Coach Tony had never actually seen me play in person, but he had watched my videos on X, so he trusted (Assistant Coach) J.T. (D’Amico) and what he saw in my videos during the recruiting process.
Who helped you in your softball decision… anyone? Family? Coaches?
God helped me most in my decision. I leaned on Him throughout the process, and He paved the way for me.
Do you know yet what you will study in college? What you’d like to do for a career after school/softball is over?
I would like to become a physical therapist in the future.
What top tournaments/events will you and your team be playing in next year (2027)?
Clearwater, Florida, along with Top Gun, Colorado and PGF Nationals in California next summer.
Is there anything unusual or different about you that would be fun to share or mention?
I play three sports! My family loves softball, but we also love basketball, and I’m a Cleveland fan.

What’s something about you off the field that not many know?
I’m the only girl in a family with three brothers, so I’ve always been competitive.
What do you love most about softball?
What I love most about softball is how quickly your team can turn into your family. You create friendships that can last a lifetime while getting to do what you love most.
In one word, describe yourself on the field:
Confident.
And off the field:
Humble.
