Nickname: Most people call me “Kalipo,” but my full name is Kalipokaiuli. My aunty, Kelii Wilson, received my name in a dream and gave it to me when I was born. In Hawaiian culture, names often carry deep meaning and mine represents the strength and beauty of the deep blue ocean, untouched and pure. I love that my name has a story behind it and it reminds me of my family, my culture and the islands that I am proud to call home
